INDRALOKA

— Refunds —

Keep what we made you.

Indraloka does not run a returns desk. The garments we send you are made to order — sent back, they sit in a warehouse waiting to be unmade. We'd rather you keep them. If something is wrong, we make it up to you in a way that works for both sides.

— I — The principle

You keep the garment. We make it right.

Every Indraloka garment is printed on demand. There is no rack of unsold inventory waiting to absorb a return — each shirt enters production the moment your order is paid. Sending it back means the shirt is wasted and the planet is paid twice for the same item.

So: you keep what we sent you. If you don't love it, if it's the wrong size, if you simply changed your mind — keep it, give it away, or wear it as a layer. We'll make the loss good in a way that respects the math on both sides.

— II — If you don't love it

Keep it. We give back, in your currency.

Wrong size, changed mind, just not what you hoped for — let us know within 3 days of receiving by emailing connect@indraloka.shop with your order number and a short note on why. The compensation depends on how you paid:

You paid in You get How it works
INR / Card
(Web2)
50% off your next order One-time discount code, valid 90 days, applies to any garment in The Wardrobe. Single-use, non-stackable with other promotions.
ETH / $PRANA
(Web3)
50% of order value in $PRANA Sent as $PRANA to the wallet you used at checkout, calculated against the order's INR equivalent at the time of refund. Redeemable through the protocol's normal redemption path.
Why no full refund? We've already paid the maker, paid the printer, paid the courier. What you held in your hand was real labor, not a SKU. Half-back keeps us solvent, lets you walk away whole, and turns a loss into a story you actually want to retell.

— III — If it arrived broken

Defects: keep it, we replace it.

If your garment arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong — that's our miss, not yours. Email connect@indraloka.shop within 3 days of receiving with:

Record the unboxing video every time you receive a package from us. If the garment is fine, delete it. It takes 30 seconds and is the difference between us being able to honor a claim or not. Once we've reviewed and agreed it's a defect, the table below applies.

You paid in You get
INR / Card
(Web2)
Replacement shipped at our cost + 30% off your next order (90-day code, single-use)
ETH / $PRANA
(Web3)
Replacement shipped at our cost + 30% of order value in $PRANA, sent to your checkout wallet
You keep the defective one — pass it on. We don't ask you to mail it back. If you can, donate it to a local orphanage, shelter, or community drive — a flawed shirt still has warmth in it for someone who needs one. Shipping a defective garment across a continent to land in a destruction bin is climate theatre, not customer service.

Not covered as a defect:

— IV — Cancellation window

12 hours, then it's in production.

You can cancel any order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund in the original currency (INR / ETH / $PRANA). Email connect@indraloka.shop with your order number — the sooner the better, since the 12-hour clock is hard once production starts.

After 12 hours your order has entered the production queue and cannot be pulled. From that point forward, the policy above applies.

What blockchains can't undo.

Indraloka's protocol is on Ethereum mainnet. A few mechanics are structurally irreversible — no policy can undo them, ours included:

— VI — Contact

One inbox.

All return, defect, and cancellation requests go to connect@indraloka.shop. Reach out any day, any hour — we read every message. Replies typically land within 24–48 hours. For wallet or burn-related issues, attach the transaction hash so we can verify on-chain.
