INDRALOKA

— Terms —

The rules of the realm.

These terms govern your use of indraloka.shop, our garments, the Indraloka protocol, $INDRA, $PRANA, and any NFTs minted through the site. Plain English where possible, legal precision where it matters.

Last updated: 11 May 2026

— I — Agreement to terms

By using this site, you accept this agreement.

"Indraloka," "we," "us," and "our" mean the Indraloka brand and the individuals who operate indraloka.shop. "You" means anyone browsing, buying, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using the site or the Indraloka protocol.

By accessing the site, placing an order, connecting a wallet, or interacting with our smart contracts, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and our refund policy. If you don't agree with any of them, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version. Material changes that affect existing orders or token holders will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

— II — Products & pricing

What we sell, what we charge.

Indraloka sells physical garments (printed on demand through our fulfillment partner), digital NFTs (minted on Ethereum mainnet), and token access to the Indraloka protocol. Prices are listed in INR, ETH, and where applicable $PRANA. Currency conversions are calculated at checkout against current rates and may shift slightly between cart and confirmation.

Product imagery, descriptions, and edition counts are best efforts but not guarantees of perfect colour, fit, or material match. Cotton shrinks. Dyes vary by batch. Print placement varies by garment. If something falls outside reasonable variation, our refund policy applies.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — for example, where the price was clearly listed in error, where stock is exhausted, or where the order appears fraudulent. In those cases you'll be refunded in full in the original currency.

— III — Orders & fulfillment

How an order moves through the protocol.

  1. You place the order on indraloka.shop and pay (INR via Razorpay, ETH/$PRANA via wallet).
  2. We confirm by email and our backend pushes the order to our fulfillment partner for production.
  3. Your garment is printed, packed, and dispatched via our partner's carrier network. International orders are duties-paid where the route allows.
  4. You receive a tracking link. Delivery times vary by route — typically 5–10 days within India, 10–18 days internationally.

Once production begins (usually within 12 hours of order), the order cannot be cancelled. See Section IV (returns) and our refund policy for the cancellation window.

— IV — Returns & refunds

You keep the garment. We make it right.

Indraloka does not run a returns desk. Garments are made to order, so sending them back means they're discarded — wasteful for everyone. Our policy in summary:

Full mechanics, eligibility windows, and what proof to send live in the refund policy. By placing an order you agree to those mechanics in place of any traditional return-to-warehouse workflow.

— V — User conduct

Things you agree not to do.

We may suspend access, refuse future orders, or pursue legal remedy for serious or repeated violations.

— VI — Wallet & web3 access

Your wallet is your account.

Indraloka does not store passwords. To access the Vault, the Creator Portal, or to spend $PRANA at checkout, you connect an Ethereum wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Rainbow, Trust, or any standards-compliant wallet). The address you sign in with is your account.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet. Indraloka cannot recover lost seed phrases, reverse stolen funds, or restore access to a wallet you no longer control. We will never ask you for your seed phrase, private key, or password — anyone claiming otherwise is impersonating us.

⚠ One-time message signing For Creator Portal access, we ask you to sign a brief plaintext message to prove wallet ownership. Signing this message does not authorize any transaction or transfer of funds. Read it before signing.

— VII — Tokens & the protocol

$INDRA, $PRANA, and what they actually are.

$INDRA is a fungible ERC-20 token with a 100,000 hard cap. It is sold via a one-time public mint at 0.1 ETH. Holding $INDRA grants access to the protocol's emission, staking, and burn mechanics. It does not represent equity, ownership of Indraloka the brand, or a promise of future returns.

$PRANA is a fungible ERC-20 token emitted at 108 per staked $INDRA per day. It is consumed through the protocol's burn mechanics (drops, garment discounts, redemption). It is not a security, not a yield-bearing instrument, and not a claim on Indraloka's revenue outside the redemption pool defined in the protocol contracts.

Drop NFTs are soulbound (non-transferable) ERC-721 tokens minted by burning $PRANA in a Prana drop window. They serve as the on-chain key that unlocks $PRANA-to-ETH redemption from the pool.

All token mechanics are encoded in the smart contracts at the addresses published on the protocol page. The contracts are the source of truth — these terms describe them in plain English but cannot override them.

— VIII — Token pricing & risk

What you accept by participating.

None of this is investment advice. If you're uncertain whether participation is right for you, consult a qualified advisor in your jurisdiction.

— IX — Intellectual property

What we own, what you own, what creators own.

The Indraloka name, mandala mark, sigils, mythology, copy, photography, and underlying site code are owned by Indraloka and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial sharing.

Garment artwork submitted by Creators is licensed to Indraloka under the terms agreed in the Creator Portal at submission (typically: non-exclusive license to print, distribute, and display the work in connection with Indraloka products and marketing). Creators retain ownership of the underlying work.

NFTs minted through Indraloka grant the holder the on-chain token and the rights specified in the corresponding NFT metadata. They do not by default grant commercial reproduction rights to the underlying artwork unless explicitly stated.

— X — Limitation of liability

What we're responsible for, and the limit of it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indraloka and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, the protocol, or any product or token purchased through it.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific order, transaction, or token purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific item, in the original currency.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

— XI — Governing law & jurisdiction

Where disputes are resolved.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, the site, or the protocol shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, with venue determined by the location of Indraloka's registered operations.

Where the dispute relates to on-chain token mechanics that are structurally irreversible (burns, transfers, smart contract execution), the contracts themselves are the authoritative record and no court order can modify them retroactively.

For any question about these terms, write to connect@indraloka.shop.
